Handmade Excellence & Return Policy Each pair of vevianco floral jeans is meticulously handmade. Due to the artisanal nature of our production and the specific sizing resources provided, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not offer returns or exchanges for fitment, style preference, or "change of mind."
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at vevianco@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Start a Damage Claim:

If your claim is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Exchanges Because our items are handmade to order or produced in limited artisanal runs, we do not offer standard exchanges. Please utilize our Fitting Guide and "Size Up" recommendations before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned damaged item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
